We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Strategy Architect (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• - Experience in the areas of HR and Shared Services is valued;
• - Experience in using capability models;
• - Ability to produce executive-level presentations;
• - Autonomy to conduct workshops with the business;
• - Experience in more than 5 architectural projects at a more strategic level;
• - Leadership of at least one architectural project at a more strategic level
• - Solid knowledge of Enterprise Architecture techniques;
• - Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar;
• - Good written and verbal communication skills;
• - Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
• - Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving;
• - Commitment to quality of deliveries;
• - Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR;
• - Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools;
• - Portuguese;
• - Spanish.
