We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Data Engineer (m/f) – Hybrid (Brussels)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Management in a financial environment
• Knowledge of, at least, two of data centralization types: Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Hub.
• Standard Data centralization methods based on data warehousing methodology.
• Familiar with the different technics of data feeding depending on the nature of the operational data.
• Understanding of the data maturity process.
• Knowledge of data modelling techniques, in a central Datawarehouse.
• Experience with requirements definition for off-shore developers is valued
• Familiar with test processes to validate the data produced by the Data Engineers and support the validation by the business is valued
• Familiarity with financial environment is valued
• Autonomy on tools for query and data discovery (SQL, …) is valued
• Knowledge of digital culture is valued
• SQL, Hive, Advanced Query tools is valued
• Familiarity with Hadoop environment is valued
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French is valued
• Fluency in English
