Applications Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Applications Service Delivery Manager and Change Manager (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives. Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change. Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics. Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
• Able to improve operational processes and support critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications systems.
• Experience in monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organization and play a crucial role in ensuring that all key stakeholders
• Fluency in French is a plus
• Fluency in English
