We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Service Manager for Web-Systembase (web-based infrastructure (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisboa)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:
• Experienced in agile way of working approach.
• Experienced in IT service management.
• First professional experience in application management or in the support and
development of individually developed solutions or standard solutions.
• Involvement in operating IT solutions from a service perspective
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts.
• Experience with service providers and management and monitoring of services
• Between 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT
operations and/or IT projects
• Business-fluent English (speaking & writing) – mandatory
• Speak German - nice to have
