What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• A master degree of 5 years in Graphic Design.
• ComFrench speaker, ability to communicate perfectly both in French and English.
• Proven professional experience in UX Reengineering (min 7 years).
• Leading Research projects.
• Teaching experience of Product UX Research, able to mentor and transfer UX
• knowledge to the team members and across the organization.
• organisations’ strategic vision and goals from an end-user’ point of view.
• Experience in product Research frameworks and processes.
• Coordination and data management.
• Facilitating design sprints/ conversational design workshops.
