We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Test Manager & payroll integration (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• Develop & execute comprehensive testing strategies & plans for Workday implementations & upgrades;
• Lead & manage a team of testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring testing activities are completed on time;
• Identify, document & manage defects, ensuring timely resolution & maintaining accurate defect tracking systems;
• Provide regular updates & reports to stakeholders on testing progress, issues & potential risks;
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies & tools to enhance efficiency & quality assurance practices;
• Ensure compliance w/ quality standards, procedures & best practices throughout the testing lifecycle;
• Develop & maintain comprehensive documentation related to test plans, procedures and results;
• Good oral & written communication skills, w/ proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)
