We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
DevOps AWS Cloud Engineer Technology Lead (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient cloud solutions.
• Consult internal customers to choose the right technology and advise them accordingly by showing them different solutions and the according risks.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the cloud engineering team.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.
• Continuously evaluate and implement emerging cloud technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for AWS.
• Understand and implement complex CI/CD requirements using best practices.
• Eager to learn new technologies, understand the value according to the company’s vision and cascade the knowledge to the team.
• Problem solving skills
• Understand the root cause
• Document it and explain to the team/customer.
• Fix it in a sustainable way and include it into the moniting to avoid this problem appearing again.
• Experience in overall ticket handling process
• Experience on how to set up monitoring and be able to customize it to the customers’ needs.
• Experience in scrum process will be a plus.
• Experience with the ITIL principals will be a plus.
