Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.
We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Voice and Cloud Communication Network Engineer (Ribbon Mandatory) – Remoto/Híbrido (Lisboa)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineer or similar is a plus
• In depth understanding of network switching and routing as related to a Unified Communications and Voice over IP network
• Working knowledge on SIP-trunking implementations
• Strong technical knowledge in the following protocols: SIP, ENUM, INAP and HTTP
• Knowledge of Unified Communications and Voice over IP in secure computing environments (designing secure APIs, SSL/TLS, etc)
• Unix / Linux knowledge
• Good analytical skills, and ability to use tools like Wireshark, Splunk, and other means for analytic root cause analysis
• Familiar with agile development processes and/or tools
• Experience in the (international) Wholesale Telecom Businesss is a plus
• Working knowledge on Metaswitch Perimeta SBC, Ribbon SBC (SBC5K and SWe) and Softswitch, NetNumber TITAN
• Working knowledge on LRF (Location Retrieval Function) implementations for emergency call handling is a plus
• Working knowledge on FreeSWITCH application server is a plus
• Experience with multiplatform unified communications, collaboration, cloud telephony service Knowledge on API technologies is a plus
• Knowledge on SIP Registrar/Authentication mechanisms is a plus
• Knowledge on VoLTE and/or IMS architecture - Familiar with STIR/SHAKEN concepts is a plus
• Familiar with Public Cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, …) is a plus
• Knowledge on BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier), PSTN and call centre concepts is a plus
• Expertise with unified communication and collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams) is a plus
• Good understanding of telephony concepts (e.g. PBX, circuits, dial plans, routing) is a plus
• Fluent in English.
