Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.
We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Platform Engineer - DevOps (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• Experience with configuring, deploying and operating public cloud services (i.e., AWS)
• Experience in managing user expectations/OLAs for cloud services and designing user centric engineering services
• Track record of products deployed and brought to production
• Familiarity with using the shell and using linux systems
Must have:
• Understanding of network architectures suitable for different cloud topologies
• AWS, Terraform, SQL, Python, yaml, bash are all familiar (bonus if knowledgeable in: Spark, Kubernetes, or Redshift)
• Knowledge of consumption driven TCO on cloud – i.e. understanding of cloud provider pricing vs. internal costing for various configuration decisions
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles
• Good knowledge of security implications of public cloud infrastructure design
• Awareness of DevOps methodologies and ability to drive rapid prototyping and piloting of cloud solutions
