We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
SAP Basis (m/f) –Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• More than 5 years of experience in SAP Basis
• Give 3nd level incident support by accepting tickets, investigate described incident and provide solution for described incident with adequate time and high quality
• Fulfilment of opened Service Requests in adequate time and high quality
• React quickly on monitoring events and monitor application proactively. Develop further strategies to improve monitoring
• Make solution proposals for requested new/change of functionalities, provide estimation for the request and if estimation is approved, implement the proposed new/changed functionality
• Do testing for bug fixes and new/changed functionalities and document provided solution
• Provide technical guidance for new enhancements to the solution in projects/AMS activities
• Cooperate with other support / development teams also from the supplier;Participate in new projects
• Fluency in English
