We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Principal Engineer for Transformation (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
Computer science degree or equivalent;
Extensive professional experience (>5 years) as Senior/Principal Engineer, Software Architect, or Technical Leader;
Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments on AWS, with a deep knowledge of cloud design patterns and best practices;
Demonstrated expertise in IT transformation projects, including IT process modernization, transitioning frommonolithic architectures to microservices, and gradual migration from on-premise to cloud environments;
Experience with Java, SpringBoot, AWS, API Management, and related technologies;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evangelize new technologies and methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Experience mentoring junior engineers - or a strong desire to be a mentor - is a plus;
You are a genuine team player with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible;
A deep working knowledge of English is required.
