Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.
We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Agile Scrum Master_L3 (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisboa)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
• Knowledge in IoT technologies, app development, and cloud services.
• Experience in international projects evolving multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and balance conflicting priorities.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development processes and practices.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM or CSM.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) - (English will be the language used on a daily basis).
