We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
SAP IDM (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• More than 5years of deep experience in SAP NetWeaver Identity Management 8.0 & above.
• Experience in Programming language: JavaScript, SQL,HTML.
• Experience in SAP Cloud Platform-Identity Authentication Service Experience in analysing & designing IdM processes.
• Give 2nd level incident support by accepting tickets, investigate described incident & provide solution for described incident with adequate time & high quality.
• Fulfilment of opened Service Requests in adequate time & high quality.
• React quickly on monitoring events & monitor application proactively.
• Make solution proposals for requested new/ change of functionalities, provide estimation for the request and if estimation is approved, implement the proposed new/changed functionality.
• Do testing for bug fixes and new/changed functionalities & document provided solution.
• Provide technical guidance for new enhancements to the solution in projects/new rollouts to countries.
• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies is a plus.
