We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
SNOW Technical Analyst (m/f) – Remote
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• 3 years of experience
• Excellent functional and technical knowledge of CSM and ITSM modules
• Case, incident and request management
• Portals and their advanced configuration
• CSM model (accounts, contacts, sold products etc)
• Agent Workspace
• Development skills: JS, SNOW libraries, Scripted APIs. HTML/CSS
• Good knowledge of the SNOW platform in general and development processes
• Knowledge of Quebec or above
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and its application in CSM is a plus
• Fluency in English
