We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Project Management Office (m/f) – Hybrid Lisbon
• Profile:
o Support the Program Manager for all organizational related topics
o Worldwide correspondence for the Program Manager
o Travel management for the Program Manager considering the required regulations
o Administration and support setting up and organizing Program facilities as e.g., office and meeting rooms working
o equipment
o Technical onboarding of new Program Team members
o Maintenance of program team-lists and outlook distribution-lists (internal & external members)
o Operative execution of the on-/offboarding process for the Program including user accounts
o Coordination of Program meetings, documentation, and distribution of meeting minutes
o Self-organized and self-driven
o Project Management knowledge and experience in IT related áreas
o Experience working in Agile, Scrum or SAFe framework
o At least 2 years of experience in providing similar service

o Ability to work in an international organization
o Ability to manage her or him -self to solve complex problems

o Team Player
