We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
ServiceNow Business Analysts / Developers (m/f) – Remote
• Descrição:
o At least two years of professional experience supporting the configuration and development of ServiceNow Supervisory experience working with a diverse internal and client teams
o Ability to produce documentation utilizing the MS Office Suite Practical knowledge of one or more of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM; HRSD; App Engine
o Experience in test plan creation and execution, including automated test scripts ITIL Foundations Certification
o Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
o Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
o Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards Administration of a ServiceNow instance including assignment rules, flows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, record producers, App Engine custom applications ServiceNow certification
