We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Web Proxy Admin (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What do you need to have:
Hard Skills:
• +3 years of experience
• Experience with mailing security gateways, such as Proofpoint, Ironport, Zertificon or Clearswift.
• Experience with internet security web filters / proxy services such as McAfee Webgateway, Bluecoat, or Fortinet.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge in creating and configuring wpad and pac files for web proxy solutions.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL.
• 1st/2nd/3rd level support of solutions implemented for Customers.
• Collaboration on Global Projects.
• Participation in 24x7 OnCall Service.
• Daily L2 / L3 Support.
• Administration of security solutions in the area of mail relay, web proxy, mail encryption gateways.
• Solving incidents and problems.
• Solving security gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Implementation of requests and changes.
• Patch management: planning and implementation of regular patch rollouts.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty to maintain productive operation.
• 2nd level support in the area of mailing & internet.
• Fluency in English
